We offer end-to-end HR services covering the entire employee lifecycle: from Executive Search and Recruitment to HR Setup, Compliance, HR Shared Services, Technology, AI in HR, Trainings, and Interim HR Leadership. We serve Startups, SMEs, GCCs, and overseas companies entering India.
Are you a staffing agency or a consulting firm?
We are a senior, boutique HR consulting and hiring firm. Not a staffing agency. Every engagement is led personally by a 20+ year HR professional. We do not place contract workers in bulk. We partner with organisations as their extended HR team or their trusted executive search partner.
What is your engagement model and how do you charge?
We offer three models: In-House (our consultant works from your office), Outsourced (we manage scope remotely), and Hybrid (a blend of both). Commercially, we offer project-based fixed scope, monthly retainer, and success-based (for recruitment) models. Pricing is shared after a brief discovery call.
How quickly can you start?
For consulting engagements, we can typically start within a week of agreement. For recruitment mandates, we begin market mapping within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a detailed brief.
Do you work with overseas companies hiring in India?
Yes, this is a core part of our practice. We regularly support US, UK, Singapore, and Australia-based companies hiring in India or managing India HR operations remotely. We handle local compliance, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing HR advisory.
Do you handle international hiring?
Yes. We have experience recruiting across India, US, Canada, UK, Singapore, UAE, Australia, and more. We adhere to local hiring laws and compliance frameworks in each geography.
Do you provide contract staffing?
Yes. If you prefer to outsource employment administration, employees can be placed on SetupMyHR payroll at a competitive cost. We handle PF, ESI, payroll, and compliance on your behalf.
