What We Look For

🎓

Senior Experience

8+ years of hands-on HR experience across one or more functional areas: HRBP, HR Ops, Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D, or HRSS.

🌐

Industry Exposure

Experience in IT, ITES, GCC, Manufacturing, Pharma, Fintech, or any other sector. Cross-industry exposure is a plus.

🤝

Client-Facing Mindset

Ability to work directly with business leaders and founders. Strong communication, accountability, and delivery focus.
