Our Story

SetupMyHR was founded in 2017 with a clear purpose: to give growing organisations access to senior HR expertise without the overhead of a full-time hire or the impersonal experience of a large consulting firm.

Most growing companies know they need strong HR but either lack the internal capability to build it or cannot afford senior HR leadership. We were created to bridge that gap.

Today, operating as a brand of Edgile HR Services LLP, we partner with Startups, SMEs, Global Capability Centres, and overseas companies entering India as their extended HR team across 15+ countries and 10+ industries.

Not a staffing agency. Not a large generic firm. A senior, specialist HR partner who has actually done the job you need done.
